Who this is for

This page is for The Smart Padel on Android (Google Play) and iPhone (App Store), published by ZaatarLABS. Smart Padel keeps your account and your groups on our servers so iPhone and Android players share the same groups; this is how you remove your account.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Smart Padel.
2. Go to Me → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Or ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email support@zaatarlabs.com from the email address of your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Smart Padel account". We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and level, and every way you signed in (phone number, Google, Apple or an emailed code). A Sign in with Apple link is revoked with Apple.
• Your membership of every group. A group you own passes to its longest-serving admin, or member; a group with nobody else in it is deleted with all its games, scores and chat.
• The phones you signed in on stop getting the account's notifications.
• Your details in ZaatarLABS' contacts list, for good: signing up again later with the same email does not bring them back.

What is kept, and for how long

• In groups other people are still in, the games and scores you played stay so their boards and history stay right: your player keeps its name with no link to you and no photo, and your chat messages show as "Former member".
• Deleted data leaves our servers, backups included, within 30 days.
• Usage measurement is never linked to your account. To delete it, turn off "Improve Smart Padel" in the app's Me tab.
