Send the invoice. Record the payment. See the whole story. Every bill has its own screen: send the invoice or a receipt on WhatsApp, Mail or Messages, record a payment by cash, card, transfer or cheque, and a timeline keeps everything that happened. In Arabic or English, with VAT when you need it. No account, works offline, your data in your iCloud.
Every bill opens on one screen, with two buttons at the bottom: Send, and Record Payment. Bill a client in a minute, send it in two taps, and see every bill that's still open. On your iPhone, with no account to create.
Tap Send on the bill, pick the invoice or any of its receipts, then Mail, WhatsApp or Messages. Mail opens with the client's address and the PDF attached. A bill past its due date goes out as a friendly reminder. Send an invoice on WhatsApp
The invoice is a tap away, and under it a timeline: when the bill was made, when and how it was sent, each payment with its method and receipt, and whether that receipt went out. Mark as Sent covers a bill you handed over yourself.
Record Payment fills in what's due. Take it all or type the part that came in, then pick cash, card, transfer or cheque and the day it was paid. The receipt is made in the same step, ready to send. Anything paid over the balance stays as the client's credit.
A new Dashboard: the period's total on a 3D ring of paid and due, a dial to look back, then Profit, Overdue and Expenses, the items that need stock, and Top Due Bills, most overdue first. On iPad and Mac, a sidebar keeps search, today's due bills and your recent clients in view. Track unpaid invoices
Revenue, profit, expenses, cash and clients as 3D columns, with losses below the line. Tap a column to open its bills, or a month's profit to see what made it: billed before tax, minus the cost of items sold, minus expenses, with the bills and expenses behind it.
Line items, discount, VAT and a due date, then a clean PDF in Arabic or English. With VAT on, the invoice shows your VAT number, the client's tax number and the VAT on each line, at your own rate, under a Tax Invoice heading. Arabic and English invoices
Items and services get 3D icons, sorted by trade. The icons you'd already picked switch over by themselves, and a new item picks one from its name. Stock levels and low-stock alerts keep track of what's left.
Send a quotation with a validity date, and get a reminder the day before it expires. Scan a receipt and the expense fills in the vendor, amount and date for you to check. Tax Export gives your accountant every invoice and a Tax Summary. For sole traders
Open the Assistant for a brief of your month from your own figures, then ask “Who owes me the most?” and get the answer from your invoices. It reads, it never edits. Answers use Apple Intelligence on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, on devices and languages Apple Intelligence supports.
A bill with its whole story: the timeline, and Send and Record Payment at the bottom. Swipe for the Send sheet, Record Payment, the new Dashboard, a month's profit broken down, and the 3D item icons.

Yes. Open the bill, tap Send and choose WhatsApp, then the chat: the invoice goes as a PDF. Receipts go the same way, and so do Mail and Messages. The bill's timeline records each send. How it works.
Yes. Smart Billing is fully in Arabic, right to left, as well as English, French, Spanish and Italian. Invoices, receipts and quotes follow the app's language, so with Settings → Language set to العربية they come out as Arabic PDFs, ready to send on WhatsApp or Mail. How it works.
Set your VAT rate and VAT number in Settings under VAT, and add the client's VAT number to the client. Invoices then show your VAT number, the client's tax number, the taxable amount and the VAT on each line, with the English PDF headed Tax Invoice. You enter your own rate, such as 5%, 15% or 20%. Smart Billing makes the invoice; it does not file or submit anything to a tax authority.
Not by itself: you decide what your clients receive. Tap Send on a bill that's past its due date and the message is already written as a friendly reminder, with the invoice attached, and the timeline marks it Reminder sent. The app reminds you too: notifications 2 days and 1 day before a bill is due, and 1 day and 7 days after it goes overdue, when Bill Due Reminders and Overdue Alerts are on in Settings.
No. Invoices don't carry a card or online payment link. When the money arrives, tap Record Payment on the bill and choose how it was paid: cash, card, transfer, cheque or other. The receipt is made in the same step, ready to send.
Anything paid over the balance stays as the client's credit, and Use Credit takes it off a later bill. Once a bill has a payment, only its dates and notes can change. To change its items or amounts, Void and Reissue voids it, carries what was paid over as credit, and opens a new bill with the same lines and a new number.
Yes. Settings → Subscription shows the plans you can move to. Moving from Basic to Pro starts at once, and the App Store refunds the unused part of your Basic plan. Moving from monthly to yearly starts when your current month ends.
