Coaching platforms are built to sell: booking pages, checkout, portals, courses, email. If you have a handful to thirty clients and a calendar you already manage, most of that is set-up you never finish and a monthly bill for features you don't open. What's left is the work itself: who the client is, what you talked about, when you meet next, and what they owe.
That's what The Smart Coach does, as a real app on your iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Clients
- Add a client by typing them in or with Import from Contacts. Each one has call, message, WhatsApp and email buttons, attachments, and a Financial Summary of what's unbilled, billed, paid and due.
- Notes that build up. Every session note sits on the client, with #themes and a progress timeline. How session notes work.
- New-client paperwork. Write your agreement, fees and policies once in Settings → Onboarding Message; for each client it becomes an Agreements & Terms PDF with their name and a signature line.
Appointments
- Time zones. Give a remote session its own time zone by picking the client's city, and the time is right on both sides.
- Repeats. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
- Your calendar. Appointments go into a Smart Coach calendar on your device, alongside your own.
- Reminders. Remind on the dashboard opens a ready-written SMS or WhatsApp reminder you send. For you: a Morning Briefing at 8 AM and Appointment Reminders the evening before, both on unless you switch them off in Settings.
Money
Tick the unbilled sessions and create the bill; record partial payments and advances; see who still owes you; log expenses against a client or a workshop, and run Revenue, Profit, Expenses, Activity, Clients and VAT Export reports as PDFs. How invoicing works.
On every Apple device
The same practice on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, synced through your own iCloud, with no account to create. Widgets on the Home Screen (on iPad, Today at the Practice), the Coaching Day Live Activity on iPhone, and Siri shortcuts such as "Next appointment" and "Log a session". It works offline; changes sync when you're back online.
No account, no client logins
Your clients never log in to anything and have nothing to install. You share invoices, receipts and notes with them as PDFs, on WhatsApp or Mail. Your records are kept in the app and in your own iCloud, which ZaatarLABS cannot access.
One flat price
Free for up to 2 clients. Premium unlocks unlimited clients and workshops for $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year, or $79.99 once for Lifetime (US prices; local App Store prices vary). The price never goes up with the number of clients, so there's no reason to deactivate anyone between programmes.
What it isn't
Smart Coach has no booking page, checkout, payment links, client portal, intake forms, email marketing or courses, and no team plans. It is not an EHR and makes no HIPAA claim. It is in English only, and runs on Apple devices only.

You can add clients from your Contacts with Import from Contacts. There is no spreadsheet import.

No account and no login. It works offline, and your records sync between your devices through your own iCloud.
