The 3D tooth chart shows the treatment you record on the patient's own teeth: crowns, fillings on their surfaces, bridges, implants with their crowns, braces and extraction gaps, on adult and child charts. Keep planned and recorded treatment clear
A treatment plan describes proposed procedures and estimates. Recorded procedures describe work entered in the app. Keeping those stages clear helps you review the patient's plan without confusing an estimate with a completed procedure or a settled invoice.
Smart Dentist also supports perio measurements, intake forms and diagnosis reports. Review those features against your practice's documentation requirements before adopting a workflow. No app feature alone establishes compliance with every local record-keeping requirement.
Work across your Apple devices
Smart Dentist is available on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Your setup and iCloud configuration matter when working across devices. If a team needs shared records, review the Practice plan and its invitation requirements rather than sharing one person's Apple Account credentials.
